Each year, the South Simcoe Paramedics along with several volunteers walk the

to double our efforts. Come help our local volunteers by bringing new unwrapped
toys for children of all ages to the parade. Together we can all make a difference!
Toonie Donation:
Parade watchers, your donations help bring the Santa Claus Parade to Bradford
every year. Don't forget to bring a toonie (or two) for the Annual Feed The Deer
Collection. Watch along the parade route for the Elves walking some of Santa's other
Reindeers. Drop you cash donation or cheque into their collection bins to help us
with the parade. (Cheques can be made payable to: BWG Santa Claus Parade)
Letters to Santa:
Santa's Elves will be collecting your letters to Santa Claus during the parade.
Remember to put your return address on the envelope so that Santa can write you

What to Wear:
In November you never know when good ‘ol Jack Frost may appear. Here are some
suggestions for the evening:
1) Dress in layers to keep warm.
2) Get ready for the classic Bradford style weather and wear fleece, waterproof
jackets and comfortable waterproof footwear.
3) Wear a hat or earmuffs as there is always wind in Bradford.
4) Please remember that umbrellas will unfortunately block the view of others in
attendance.

Parking:
There will be NO parking permitted on the parade route during the event. Any cars
found parked along the route will be towed at the owners expense. The streets will
open again following event completion.
Transit:
There will be a shuttle bus for transportation between the Bradford Community Centre
and the Bradford High School for parade participants once the roads are re-opened.
Parade Etiquette:
Secure your spot on Santa’s nice list! Follow these Santa Claus Parade Protocols:
1) Respect parade officials. They are volunteers out to keep you and your family
safe during this fun and festive event.
2) ‘SC’ marks the spot. Never move an empty chair, this curbside spot has been reserved.
3) Be nice. Allow families with children to sit in front.
4) Don’t smoke.
5) Wear your rain gear; umbrellas block the view.
6) Climbing on or sitting atop of anything belonging to others lands you promptly
on Santa’s naughty list!
